Senior Frontend Developer - RaceBets
Betsson Group is looking for a product-minded Senior Frontend Developer to join a team of 12 building RaceBets, a global horse racing product used by millions. The role focuses on shipping high-quality features, owning outcomes, and leading projects from end to end.
The successful candidate will work with Vue 3, design systems, and multi-brand embeds, ensuring that UX quality and reliability meet the needs of players and partners. The position requires a developer who asks questions, takes ownership of the development lifecycle, and collaborates closely with product, design, and backend teams.
- Work with Vue 3 and TypeScript across the OBR monorepo for web and B2B/white-label platforms.
- Manage feature ownership end-to-end, including requirements, implementation, testing, and release.
- Develop component architecture, design tokens, theming, and performance optimisation while managing embeddable web-component constraints.
- Create partner-facing racing experiences through close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.
- Utilise AI tools to increase development speed.
- Engage with PHP, REST, and SQL for those interested in full-stack growth.
- Strong modern frontend experience in production using Vue, React, Angular, or similar (required).
- Proficiency in TypeScript (required).
- Proven ownership and project leadership skills, including the ability to clarify requirements and drive delivery (required).
- Automated testing mindset and a strong focus on craft (required).
- Product mindset with the ability to advocate for outcomes (required).
- Self-starter who collaborates well in a small team (required).
- Experience with Pinia, Vite monorepos, design systems, or Playwright (nice-to-have).
- Curiosity regarding PHP or backend development (nice-to-have).
