Sportsbook Manager
Betsson Group is looking for a Sportsbook Manager for the Greek market based in the Malta office. This role is responsible for planning events, implementing profitability initiatives, and ensuring the sports betting offering remains current and competitive.
The Sportsbook Manager will work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to test new functionalities and evaluate existing features. This position is pivotal in delivering an engaging sports betting experience tailored specifically to the needs of the Greek market.
- Managing the event planning process for the Greek market in collaboration with the Marketing and CRM team.
- Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to implement profitability initiatives.
- Working closely with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the offering remains up to date for the Greek market.
- Assisting the Sportsbook Tech Team in testing and suggesting new functionalities.
- Evaluating, enhancing, and documenting existing or new functionalities, features, and processes.
- Reporting and presenting operational and marketing activities to different teams and stakeholders.
- At least 4 years experience in a Sportsbook-oriented role (required).
- Passion for sports and sports betting (required).
- Ability to work well within a team and willingness to share knowledge and learn (required).
- Fluent in written and spoken English (required).
- Native Greek language proficiency (required).
- Well-organised with the capacity to prioritise effectively and make data-informed decisions (required).
