Customer Service Host

This role focuses on customer engagement and conversion. The successful candidate will manage outbound communications to drive deposits and reactivate accounts while ensuring customers receive professional assistance and guidance regarding the platform.
- Make outbound calls to newly registered customers to encourage and convert them into First-Time Depositors.
- Contact inactive or lapsed customers to encourage reactivation and renewed engagement.
- Clearly explain current promotions, bonuses, products, and services relevant to each customer.
- Understand customer needs and resolve problems professionally to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Educate customers on account funding, available payment methods, and platform features.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Schedule and complete follow-up calls were required.
- Achieve individual and team targets for: FTD conversions, Reactivated accounts, Call volume, Contact rate, Conversion rate, Revenue generated.
- Escalate customer complaints or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, responsible gaming guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
