Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions. Using your expertise in data analyses, dashboard and report development you will create intuitive visualizations and reports that empower stakeholders. This role is essential in building a data driven culture and ensuring our teams have the tools and insights needed to achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Extract, Analyze and interpret large amounts of data from a variety of data sources
  • Work closely with various areas of the business to solve complex business problems using mathematical and statistical solutions
  • End-to-end monitoring of business performance, identifying anomalies, irregular trends and operational risks across all product, customer and financial touchpoints
  • Deep-dive analysis into player behaviour, transactional patterns, profitability drivers and operational KPIs to surface actionable insights
  • Translate complex data patterns into clear, concise business narratives for leadership, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to use data and models to improve the business
  • Use data visualization tools and reporting software to present data to the business in a clear and understandable manner
  • Conduct root-cause investigations into performance shifts, system faults, revenue leakage, suspicious account behaviour, or operational inefficiencies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 + years in a similar Data Analytics position (required)
  • Diploma/Degree is essential (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively (required)
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals (required)
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs (required)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations (required)
  • Microsoft SQL Server (preferred)
  • Microsoft PowerBI (preferred)
  • Excel (preferred)
