  • Own the P&L for the streamer/influencer channel, including budgets, FTD targets, CPA, LTV, and ROI
  • Review, structure, and approve all influencer contracts, commission models, and payment frameworks
  • Evaluate performance across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms

  • Optimise commission structures and contract terms based on performance insights
  • Build reporting dashboards and provide clear performance commentary to senior leadership
  • Line-manage Hugo (Concepts & Creator Relationships) and build out a scalable team

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and first-mover advantage
  • Establish and enforce content, brand, and regulatory guardrails across all regulated markets
  • Legal and Compliance to ensure influencer activity meets jurisdictional requirements
  • Own escalation and resolution of any compliance or reputational risks
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for influencers and streamers across the business
  • Deliver clear, structured reporting to Marketing leadership and Exec stakeholders
  • Influence cross-functional teams to support creator activation, campaigns, and launches
Requirements
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required)
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals (required)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required)
