Senior Multimedia Designer
This role focuses on creating impactful digital and print designs that align with business objectives and customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising visual approaches, ensuring brand compliance, and delivering high-quality creative work across various platforms.
Beyond design execution, the role involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers. The Senior Multimedia Designer will collaborate closely with copywriters and management to bring campaigns to life, requiring an agile approach to meet urgent business demands and a commitment to maintaining high standards of creative excellence.
- Graphic Design – Digital and Print across platforms
- Create and establish designs, visual approaches, look and feels and create impactful designs keeping business and customer in mind.
- Roll out and conceptualise as needed across digital and print within deadline.
- Be agile to adapt to urgent business needs and reshuffle work as needed.
- Print knowledge required, including setting up and prepping for print across substrates
- Adhere to studio process
- Develop fresh and original proactive work and come up with ideas beyond the brief when needed.
- Deliver work that is, accurate, media specific, in line and compliant with the CI, brand tone of voice, accurate to brief and CI and of great quality that is highly crafted.
- Interpret and execute creative briefs from concept to design to roll-out
- Conceptualisation and Ideation
- Conceptualise and ideate on concept through the line.
- Develop fresh and original proactive work and ideate beyond the brief
- Understand context and media/ platform when conceptualising/ rolling out.
- Assist management with campaign execution by bringing it to life through excellent design, art direction and visual layout skills.

- 3 year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication (required)
- 5-6+ years experience in design, 2 minimum years in a senior role (required)
- Advanced practical knowledge and application in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft office (required)
- Essential to be able to guide others without designing for them (required)
- Excellent time management and project management skills for self (required)
- Apply trends and best practice in practical and effective ways to the brand and business (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. (required)

- Knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (nice-to-have)
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards. (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (nice-to-have)
- After effects and Dreamweaver advantageous (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of UI with best practice experience (nice-to-have)
