Junior Designer
Super Group is looking for a Junior Designer with strong creative instincts and a passion for design to join its fast-paced creative environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop their craft, and contribute to exciting creative work across sport and entertainment.
The successful candidate will support the creation of campaign visuals, social-first creative, sponsorship assets, and reactive content. They will work closely with senior creatives, brand leads, motion designers, editors, marketers, and production teams to help support and evolve the visual identity and creative output of the Betway brand globally.
Super Group is scaling its internal creative capability to support global campaigns, sponsorship activations, social and digital content, reactive marketing, ambassador partnerships, acquisition and retention campaigns, and premium entertainment-led storytelling. This role is important in helping to maintain high-quality and consistent creative output, support fast-moving internal creative production, create more culturally relevant content, strengthen the premium visual identity, and explore modern creative tools and workflows, including AI.
- Assisting in delivering high-quality creative across digital, social, campaign and brand channels.
- Creating visually engaging and on-brand design work with guidance from senior team members.
- Supporting creative ideas and design solutions across campaigns and content.
- Assisting with sponsorship and ambassador campaign rollouts.
- Working across social assets, reactive content and campaign toolkits.
