Office Coordinator

Description

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment. This role manages administrative processes, coordinates vendors and office supplies, and supports employee wellbeing initiatives to create a productive and positive workplace.

The individual's drive and ideas will help the company move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and functionality.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning office environment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards.
  • Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Process purchase orders and track office-related expenses.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate office access, workspace setup, and meeting room readiness.
  • Support office moves, changes, and space planning when required.
  • Organise office events, including birthday celebrations and team activities.
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative systems.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.
  • Support onboarding logistics (e.g., desk setup, supplies, office orientation).
Requirements
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required).
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals (required).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work (required).
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast-moving environments (required).
  • Computer literate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (required).
  • At least 2 year’s office administration/coordination experience (required).
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (required).
  • Completed High School qualification (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (nice-to-have).
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (nice-to-have).
  • Diploma or Certificate in Office management, Project Coordination, Human Resources or Finance (nice-to-have).
