- 5+ years of backend software development experience (required)
- Experience building and maintaining microservices at enterprise scale (required)

- Expert-level proficiency in .NET 8+ and C# 12+ (required)
- Strong experience with Dapper or EF Core, including ORM trade-offs and performance tuning (required)
- Advanced SQL Server skills: query tuning, indexing, execution plans, statistics (required)
- Deep understanding of ACID, isolation levels, deadlocks, sharding, and partitioning (required)
- Redis expertise in distributed caching and invalidation strategies (nice-to-have)
- Elasticsearch experience (indexing, search and aggregation performance optimizations) (nice-to-have)
- Microservices design: boundaries, communication patterns, service reliability (required)
- Event-driven architecture: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus (required)
- API design (REST / gRPC), backward compatibility, and versioning strategies (required)
- Strong ability to lead design discussions and influence architecture without formal authority (required)
- Advanced Azure DevOps pipeline design and release management (required)
- Understanding of modern deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, etc.) (required)
