As a Technical Compliance Specialist, the individual plays a key role in ensuring systems and platforms meet the technical standards required across multiple regulated markets. The role involves developing strong expertise in regulatory technical requirements and managing end-to-end technical incidents from assessment and resolution to reporting and ongoing monitoring.
The specialist acts as an escalation point for all technical compliance matters and provides clear, compliant options to internal and external stakeholders. By maintaining an accurate technical incident register and delivering detailed reports outlining root cause, impact, and resolution, the specialist helps safeguard the integrity, stability, and regulatory readiness of the technical environment.
- Develop & maintain a solid knowledge of technical requirements to comply with online gambling legislation & regulations for multiple markets.
- Execute end-to-end incident management including assessment, resolution, reporting & on-going monitoring.
- Act as an escalation point for all technical compliance matters, providing clear, practical advice to the business.
- Provide compliant options to internal & external stakeholders on how to resolve technical incidents.
- Maintain an accurate technical incident register.
- Provide technical incident reporting which clearly outlines the cause, effect, resolution.
- Support operational teams to maintain compliant, stable and effective technical functionality.
