Game Designer
As a Game Designer, you will develop innovative game concepts for BGaming. You will contribute to the design quality of large-scale projects and work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including developers, programmers, artists, animators, and QA specialists. BGaming is looking for someone with a strong interest in a wide range of video game types.
- Preparation of game design documents and other accompanying game documentation.
- Monitor and control the product throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with all team members, including artists, animators, composers, developers, and others.
- Participation in the analysis of statistics and the ability to influence the strategy for game launches and market promotions.
- Organize and participate in game testing, collecting feedback, and implementing improvements.
- Competitor analysis and market research.
- Analysis of performance indicators for games.
- Hypothesis formulation and verification.
- Propose enhancements for key stages of product development.
- Preparation for and analysis of the results of AB testing.
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, or 1+ year of experience specifically in slot game design. (required)
- Strong scripting and game design skills. (required)
- Passion for gaming and understanding of different gaming platforms. (required)
