Marketing Design Team Lead
BGaming is looking for a Marketing Design Team Lead to oversee its in-house design team. The role involves transforming design into a strong strategic function and a partner that teams come to early and willingly. This role is about leadership facing outward as much as inward.
The successful candidate will own the quality and pace of the team, build predictable collaboration with partner teams, and raise the bar of the brand's visual language in the iGaming market.
- Lead the in-house design team: planning, prioritization, people development, and the quality of what ships.
- Own the interface with brand marketing, product, events, and the streamer direction.
- Align expectations at the start of work and defuse friction before it becomes a problem.
- Build predictable processes: task estimation, capacity planning, transparent timelines, and prioritization grounded in data and clear reasoning.
- Set the visual and conceptual direction for major projects and campaigns, not just execute briefs.
- Bring trends, bold concepts, and strategic depth.
- Be the point of stability for the team and partners during high-pressure moments and contested situations.
- Grow the team toward autonomy: develop designers, delegate ownership, and reduce the dependence of processes on any single person.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, where processes and cross-team collaboration were already your responsibility, not something you were learning on the job (required).
- Strong stakeholder management. You approach partner teams first, build working relationships, and prevent conflicts proactively rather than resolving them after escalation (required).
- Composure and maturity under pressure. In a disagreement you slow down, separate work criticism from the personal, and stay focused on the solution (required).
- Systemic thinking. You come with a diagnosis and a solution rather than a problem, and you fix the root cause, not the symptom (required).
- Strategic and creative depth in design. You argue decisions with facts and cases rather than taste, and you raise the brand’s visual bar (required).
- The ability to delegate and grow people, building a team that works without your hands-on involvement in every task (required).
- Reliability on timelines and quality, with a data-based approach to planning and prioritization (required).
- Working English and Russian for communication in an international team (required).
- Experience in iGaming, gaming, or another fast, multi-stakeholder environment (nice-to-have).
- An understanding of design across channels: brand, performance, events and expos, digital (nice-to-have).
- A strong sense of industry trends and fluency with modern AI tools in design (nice-to-have).
- Work where it suits you: from home, the office, or a mix of both.
- 100% paid vacation and sick days, plus extra days off.
- Medical insurance and mental health support.
- BCoins for internal rewards and fun perks.
- Budget for professional development, certifications, and language courses (English and Polish).
- Hackathons, team events, and legendary parties.
- Kids’ camp for BGamers’ families.
- Referral program with real rewards.
