People Experience Specialist
BGaming is seeking a People Experience Specialist to manage the end-to-end employee journey. This role focuses on supporting employees from offer acceptance through their first working day, including collecting and coordinating required documents and arranging equipment handover. The specialist will also be responsible for organising and coordinating the first-day experience and Welcome Day.
Further responsibilities include organising team-building activities and business trips for employees, coordinating travel logistics, and managing corporate gifts and the company merch platform. The role also involves coordinating external vendors and suppliers, and supporting employees with HR-related questions, benefits, and administrative processes. Assisting with internal communications and keeping key employee resources up to date is also a key part of the role.
- Supporting employees from offer acceptance through their first working day, including collecting and coordinating required documents and arranging equipment handover.
- Organising and coordinating the first-day experience and Welcome Day.
- Organising team-building activities and business trips for employees.
- Coordinating travel logistics, including hotel, transfer, and meeting room bookings.
- Managing corporate gifts and company merch platform, including stock tracking and distribution.
- Coordinating external vendors and suppliers, including inventory tracking, invoices, and deliveries.
- Supporting employees with HR-related questions, benefits, and administrative processes.
- Assisting with internal communications and keeping key employee resources up to date.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in People Operations / HR / Employee Experience or Event Manager / Event Coordinator (required).
- Proficiency in English, native Russian speaker (required).
- Location: Warsaw or Poznan, Poland (required).
- Experience in event organisation: planning, coordinating vendors and logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth event delivery (required).
- Experience working with vendors and external partners: communication, invoices, deliveries, and follow-up (required).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation, guidelines and internal knowledge resources (required).
- Confident Google Workspace user; experience with HRIS, Confluence, task tracking tools (required).
- Strong organizational skills, coupled with an ability to think creatively (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm (required).
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and independently drive tasks and employee requests through to completion (required).
- Experience working in a holding or multi-entity organization (nice-to-have).
- Experience organizing business trips and employee travel (nice-to-have).
- Basic knowledge of employment procedures, HR regulations, and hiring formalities (nice-to-have).
