Support Specialist
The L1 Support Specialist works directly with BGaming customers, assisting them with their requests and ensuring a smooth experience with the company products. This role requires high attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
BGaming is hiring two L1 Support Specialists for different shifts. Both positions follow a 4-on/2-off schedule with rotating days off, covering either a day shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or an evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Warsaw time.
- Communicate with clients via Jira helpdesk system and messengers, handling inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers in resolving their requests or escalating more complex issues to L2 specialists.
- Creating and customizing game environments and betting levels as requested by clients.
- Compiling internal documentation, training manuals and troubleshooting processes, updating them as required.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within set timelines.
- Manage customer and colleague expectations and drive them to satisfaction.
- Keep management informed of progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sustainable growth.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role (~6 months) (required).
- Language proficiency: Russian - Advanced, English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes (required).
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills (required).
