Technical Compliance Analyst
BGaming is seeking a Technical Compliance Analyst to join its Legal and Compliance Department. This role is responsible for tracking market updates and regulatory shifts, overseeing security and technical certifications, and drafting and revising organizational policies. The analyst will evaluate regulatory specifications and translate them into actionable technical requirements for relevant cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across development, devops, security, and legal departments, as well as international teams and laboratories.
- Continuously monitor changes in regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, Danish Gambling Authority, ADM) to identify compliance impacts, perform gap analyses, and ensure operational readiness.
- Manage end-to-end audit processes and lifecycle compliance for technical and security certifications-including Change Management Process (CMP), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS/ISO 27001) and RNG-in direct collaboration with independent testing laboratories.
- Develop, review, and update internal compliance procedures and technical security policies to align with evolving international standards and specific regulator mandate.
- Evaluate regulatory specifications and translate regulatory rules into actionable technical requirements for relevant cross-functional teams.
- Align requirements and processes across teams (dev, devops, security, bam, tam, legal), and collaborate with international teams (laboratories).
- 2+ years of experience in technical compliance, QA engineering, or technical auditing within the igaming industry (required).
- Previous experience performing gap analyses, maintaining change management records, and analyzing market-specific regulatory requirements (required).
- Direct experience collaborating with independent testing laboratories (required).
- Working familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and RNG systems (required).
- In-depth understanding of key igaming regulatory frameworks (e.g., MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, Danish Gambling Authority, ADM) (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Russian and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical technical auditing experience (nice-to-have).
