AI Engineer / Full-Stack AI Systems
Kosmo is looking for a strong AI Engineer to join its team. Kosmo is a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic, with 90% of its focus on SEO.

The role involves building AI agents and automated workflows for business operations, designing and developing AI-powered solutions using modern LLM frameworks, and working with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI infrastructure. The engineer will also automate website deployment and operational processes, develop internal AI tools for SEO, content, and product teams, and build integrations using Python and APIs. Running experiments, optimising AI solutions based on performance metrics, monitoring production AI systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions are also key responsibilities.
- Build AI agents and automated workflows for business operations.
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using modern LLM frameworks.
- Work with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.
- Automate website deployment and operational processes.
- Develop internal AI tools for SEO, content, and product teams.
- Build integrations using Python and APIs.
- Run experiments and optimise AI solutions based on performance metrics.
- Monitor production AI systems and continuously improve their quality.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents or multi-agent systems (required).
- Strong Python skills (required).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks (required).
- Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (required).
- Experience integrating AI APIs and automating workflows (required).
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Linux, and CI/CD (required).
- Experience with AI-powered content generation or automation is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Systems thinking, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset (required).
