AI-native Product Designer
Kosmo is looking for a strong AI-native Product Designer to join its team. Kosmo is a performance marketing company that operates in highly competitive markets and provides partners with high-quality organic traffic, with 90% of its focus being SEO-first.

- Design conversion-focused websites and landing pages for international products.
- Build AI-powered design production workflows.
- Automate repetitive design tasks, including resizes, localization, theming, and component creation.
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable workflows.
- Use AI tools for visual generation, content, and rapid prototyping.
- Prototype in code when it accelerates product validation and experimentation.
- Define quality standards for AI-generated design assets.
- Analyze A/B test results and improve designs based on data.
- 3+ years of experience in product or web design (required).
- Strong portfolio with shipped products or landing pages (required).
- Advanced Figma skills (components, variables, tokens, plugins) (required).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (required).
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-powered design processes (required).
- Experience with APIs, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code tools (nice-to-have).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (required).
- Understanding of product metrics, A/B testing, and CRO principles (required).
- Systems thinking, ownership, and a results-driven mindset (required).
- A variety of internal projects, large budgets, and tangible results.
- Work across 15+ geos in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
- A strong team to grow alongside and share expertise with.
