Facebook User Acquisition Manager (R&D)
Boosta is looking for a Facebook User Acquisition Manager (R&D) for its Traffic7 business unit. The role focuses on launching and validating new niches and offers through Meta platforms.
Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.
The successful candidate will work with the team to launch and validate MVPs through Meta, from hypothesis to decision, and bring offer × creative × funnel combinations to clear unit economics. They will control the test budget and reach a verdict within its limits, documenting each verdict in writing with figures and a date. A reproducible testing process with success criteria and stopping thresholds will be built, and data-driven conclusions on funnel bottlenecks and necessary changes will be provided to product and creative teams. A test registry and weekly reporting will be maintained. As a plus, independently searching for new niches and bringing them as structured test proposals is expected.
