Founder
We are looking for a Founder with experience in Web2App, mobile apps and affiliation to build and scale a B2C subscription business from 0 to product-market fit (PMF) and beyond. Take full ownership of the product, growth and P&L. Remote-first with a Kyiv hub available.
- Web→App funnel architecture (landers, quizzes, deep links, paywalls, pricing).
- Performance marketing & ASO (Meta/Google/ASA/TikTok) + affiliate partnerships (CPS/CPA).
- Product roadmap & experimentation (onboarding, retention, monetization).
- Team hiring/leadership (UA, product, design, content, engineering).
- Compliance & payments (Store policies, GDPR; Apple/Google IAP + Stripe for web).
- Weekly dashboards and decision memos; hard ownership of unit economics.
- Proven track record scaling a consumer subscription app or web2app funnel to meaningful revenue.
- Hands-on growth expertise (paid UA, ASO, affiliates) and experiment velocity.
- Strong analytics mindset (MMP: AppsFlyer/Adjust; GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel; Excel; SQL nice-to-have).
- Leadership, speed, and clarity; English B2+.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in Utilities/Health & Fitness/Entertainment categories.
- CRM/Retention (push/email/in-app), pricing & paywall testing, A/B frameworks.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Segment, BigQuery/Looker.
- Co-founder track: meaningful equity + profit share.
- Capital & infra: in-house UA/creatives, recruiting, finance/legal, BI, dev/design.
- Fast decisions: direct access to MP; zero bureaucracy.
- Remote-first: flexible, Kyiv office access, conference support.
