Full Stack Developer
The company is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer for one of its businesses, Traffic7. This role will develop and maintain scalable fullstack solutions while integrating modern technologies and AI-assisted development into product workflows. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.
The developer will work with the team to design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend and backend. They will build and support server-to-server integrations with ad platforms and AppsFlyer. The role also involves designing and maintaining database schemas, implementing caching strategies, and building CI/CD pipelines. Active use of AI coding agents is expected as part of the daily development workflow. The developer will troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance, and collaborate with product, marketing, and QA teams to deliver features aligned with business goals. Staying up to date with new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices, and proactively suggesting improvements to workflows is also a key part of the role.
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend and backend (PHP primary, Node.js as needed).
- Build and support server-to-server (S2S) integrations with ad platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) and AppsFlyer.
- Design and maintain database schemas and optimize queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Implement and manage caching strategies using Redis.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Containerise and manage services using Docker.
- Configure and maintain Cloudflare settings (CDN, security rules, DNS).
- Actively use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the daily development workflow to speed up implementation, refactoring, and debugging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and QA teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
- Stay up to date with new tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices, and proactively suggest improvements to workflows.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (primary backend language) (required).
- Working knowledge of Node.js (secondary/supporting stack) (required).
- Solid understanding of fullstack architecture and API design (required).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles (e.g., MVC, microservices, event-driven architecture) (required).
- Solid understanding of design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Strategy, Repository, etc.) (required).
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code (required).
- MySQL (schema design, query optimization) (required).

- Docker (containerization, multi-service environments) (required).

- Understanding of agentic loops and how autonomous agents plan, act, and iterate (required).
- Ability to effectively prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code (required).
- Experience with performance monitoring and debugging in production environments (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of security best practices for payment/ad-tech integrations (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment (nice-to-have).
