Linkbuilding Manager
Boosta is looking for a Linkbuilding Manager to build and scale the linkbuilding direction from the ground up. In this role, the successful candidate will develop strategies, establish processes, and drive the growth of a high-quality backlink profile across priority markets.
The role involves managing the entire linkbuilding lifecycle, from budget management to team development. The Linkbuilding Manager will have a direct impact on SEO performance and business growth by implementing effective linkbuilding schemes and analysing their impact on rankings and traffic.
- Build linkbuilding as a direction from scratch: processes, contractors, budgets, metrics, reporting.
- Develop and scale the linkbuilding strategy for a portfolio of domains and priority GEOs.
- Work with different types of links and tiered schemes, manage anchor strategy and footprint management.
- Build and develop a network of contractors and websites.
- Analyze the impact of links on rankings, traffic, and FTD together with internal analytics.
- Hire and develop a team of linkbuilders as the direction grows.
- Practical experience in spam linkbuilding in competitive niches (required).
- Experience in crowd marketing (required).
- Understanding of and practical experience in outreach (preferred).
- Confident use of Ahrefs / Majestic and linkbuilding automation tools (required).
- Understanding of anchor profiles, link velocity, and footprints (required).
- Managing the linkbuilding budget and contractors (required).
- Result-oriented mindset and focus on backlink profile quality (required).
- Own established databases (nice-to-have).
- Experience in building and managing PBN (nice-to-have).
- Experience in team management (nice-to-have).
- Practical skills in working with AI tools (nice-to-have).
