Middle Facebook User Acquisition Manager
Boosta is looking for a Middle Facebook User Acquisition Manager for one of its businesses, Traffic7. This role will manage and scale paid user acquisition campaigns in Meta for financial products.
Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.
The successful candidate will manage and scale campaigns in the financial niche on Meta, including daily monitoring, optimisation, and creative rotation. They will maintain target CPL, EPL, and ROAS while increasing the budget and scaling winning combinations. The role also involves formulating hypotheses for the creative department, launching creatives for testing, and testing product hypotheses such as targeting, funnel, form, and landing page. Regular analytics by cuts (campaigns, segments, sources) will be conducted to inform decisions, and the individual will independently decide the fate of combinations based on set thresholds. Weekly reporting on spend, leads, purchases, CPL, EPL, ROAS, and the status of directions is also required.
- Manage and scale campaigns in the financial niche on Meta: daily monitoring, optimisation, and creative rotation.
- Maintain target CPL, EPL, ROAS while increasing the budget; scale winning combinations.
- Formulate hypotheses for the creative department and launch ready-made creatives for testing.
- Test product hypotheses (targeting, funnel, form, landing page).
- Conduct regular analytics by cuts (campaigns, segments, sources) and turn it into decisions.
- Independently decide the fate of combinations - scale, improve, or disable - according to set thresholds.
- Weekly reporting: spend, leads, purchases, CPL, EPL, ROAS, status of directions.
- Have 1.5+ years of practical experience in media buying (required).
- Have practical experience in media buying on Meta (mandatory): campaign structure, pixel, and CAPI (required).
- Are able to bring combinations to clear unit economics and maintain CPL, EPL, and ROAS while scaling (required).
- Have experience with lead-gen funnels (click/install → form → lead) (required).
- Have experience working with mobile applications (required).
- Have confident skills in analytics/trackers, consolidating data by source, and identifying discrepancies (required).
- Can formulate and prioritise hypotheses (creative and product), working with the creative department through briefs (required).
- Experience with additional sources (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) is not mandatory, but will be a significant advantage (nice-to-have).
