Senior Operations Manager
Boosta is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency, improve business processes, and strengthen collaboration across teams. In this role, the successful candidate will turn operational challenges into practical solutions, introduce meaningful improvements, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across operational teams.
The Senior Operations Manager will create, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes, driving continuous improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools. The role also involves implementing and monitoring business process efficiency metrics, supporting Jira projects, and coordinating initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Building and refining cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams is key, as is ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of service delivery models with a focus on SLA compliance. The position includes managing selected operational budgets and optimizing expenses.
- Create, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.
- Implement, monitor, and improve business process efficiency metrics.
- Support and improve projects, dashboards, and workflows in Jira.
- Coordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Build and refine cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams, breaking down silos and ensuring coordinated execution and delivery.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of service delivery models across operational teams, with a focus on SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes.
- Manage selected operational budgets and optimize expenses.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a company with 200+ people (required).
- Hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes, making them clear, efficient, and consistent (required).
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to align and coordinate work across different teams and departments (required).
- Proven ability to drive change and introduce new ideas, even without direct authority (required).
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and operational challenges into clear, practical solutions (required).
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation; experience building reports and tracking systems (required).
- Strong experience working with Jira (nice-to-have).
