Support Specialist | Traffic7
Traffic7 is currently looking for a Support Specialist. This role will support the account and technical infrastructure required for stable performance marketing operations. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.
The specialist will work with the team to manage account infrastructure, including ordering, accepting, verifying, distributing, and replacing accounts and related resources. They will also maintain account and supplier records, track statuses, and monitor supplier performance. The role involves managing app infrastructure, including App IDs, access sharing, statuses, rejections, bans, and available inventory. Setting up and maintaining tracking tools, connecting accounts, configuring access, and verifying data transfer between trackers and ad platforms are also key responsibilities. The specialist will manage shared infrastructure expenses, balances, and project-level cost tracking, and regularly monitor account and app statuses, coordinating replacements, fixes, and appeals when needed.
- Manage account infrastructure, including ordering, accepting, verifying, distributing, and replacing accounts and related resources.

- Regularly monitor account and app statuses and coordinate replacements, fixes, and appeals when needed.
- Basic understanding of the Meta/Facebook ecosystem, including ad accounts, Business Manager, Fan Pages, limits, billing, and common ban reasons (required).
- Experience with anti-detect browsers, proxies, 2FA, and email accounts (required).
- Understand how to evaluate purchased accounts, including account activity, limits, Business Manager, payment methods, age, and region (required).
- Basic understanding of trackers such as Keitaro, Binom, or Funnel, including account connections, postbacks, pixels, events, and data reconciliation (required).
- Basic understanding of app management, including App IDs, account sharing, statuses, and rejections (required).
- Confident working with Google Sheets and Docs, including maintaining registers, tracking tables, and using basic formulas (required).
- Can build and document processes and are motivated to automate routine tasks (required).
- Experience with AI tools and can independently use AI coding tools to automate routine processes and build simple solutions (required).
