Talent Acquisition Specialist
Boosta is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team at the head office. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and acting as a strategic partner to the business to ensure the growth of strong teams.
The successful candidate will be granted autonomy and trust to manage hiring processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to the overall success of the company through effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Full-cycle recruitment: from analysing hiring manager needs and sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Managing recruitment processes in ATS: keeping candidate records and all recruitment information up to date, monitoring statuses, and collaborating with the team.
- Close collaboration with Hiring Managers: aligning requirements, expectations, priorities, and providing regular updates.
- Working with job descriptions: reviewing, improving, and selecting relevant publication channels (job boards, social media, career page).
- Direct candidate search (local & international) using various tools and platforms.
- Organizing and conducting interviews: pre-screening and competency-based interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Preparing and delivering structured feedback on candidates.
- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter in an IT company or recruitment agency (required).
- Experience with local and international hiring (required).
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use them to improve recruitment results (required).
- Confident expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding) (required).
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn, Boolean search, alternative platforms (required).
- Experience closing complex and competitive marketing positions (required).
- Understanding of IT and marketing specialist sourcing channels (required).
- Experience working with ATS (required).
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques (STAR, PARLA) (required).
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (required).
- 28 business days of paid off.
