Multi Site Manager
BoyleSports is looking for a Multi Site Manager to provide, manage, and sustain front-line service to customers. The role is focused on enhancing the company's competitive position as a leading service and standards provider in the industry.
The successful candidate will be expected to uphold company values by making personal connections with customers, maintaining a dynamic approach to industry changes, and identifying business opportunities. The manager will lead teams to strive for excellence, develop staff potential, and ensure high standards are consistently met across multiple locations.
- Provide, manage, and sustain front-line service to customers.
- Make personal connections by extending a personal touch from in-store to online.
- Support constant change, activity, and progression within the industry.
- Monitor, anticipate, and respond to competitor activity.
- Identify business opportunities in the locality using the involvement of the whole shop team.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Develop and assess staff to maximise their potential.
- Minimum 3 years Retail Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor experience (required).
- Betting Industry Experience (required).
- Flexibility to work in a multi-site environment, in a business which spans 7 days and trades from 7.00am to 10:00pm daily (required).
