Full Stack Technical Lead
The company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to oversee the technical direction and operations of the engineering team. This pivotal role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, ensuring technical excellence, team mentorship, and the successful delivery of scalable, high-performance both internal & SaSS applications.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep expertise across frontend and backend technologies, passionate about innovation, performance optimisation, and building systems that scale.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a distributed team of developers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
- Collaborate with other leads and the Software Development Manager to drive architectural decisions and define the technical roadmap.
- Provide daily guidance and unblock team members across different levels of experience and geographical locations.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of several scalable web apps.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to integrate modern tools and practices into our stack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
- Proven experience leading development teams in full stack environments (required).
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend platforms (Node.js, NestJS, Prisma/TypeORM, PostgreSQL) (required).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, Redis, Cloudflare, AWS, and modern CI/CD pipelines (required).
- Solid understanding of system design, caching strategies, scalability, and cloud-based architectures (required).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3 (required).
- Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps methodologies (required).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams (required).
