Agile Delivery Coordinator
ComeOn Group is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Coordinator who is passionate about enabling high-performing teams to deliver value efficiently and predictably. In this role, the individual will be at the heart of product delivery, partnering with Product Owners, engineers, QA, UX, and stakeholders to ensure the roadmap is delivered on time while continuously improving working processes.
The Agile Delivery Coordinator acts as the driving force behind delivery excellence by facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, coaching teams in Agile best practices, and ensuring alignment around common goals. The role involves bringing structure to complexity, empowering teams, and making delivery smoother across multiple squads.
- Coordinate and facilitate the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives across multiple Agile squads.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for 3 - 4 squads.
- Support cross-team delivery coordination for larger cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritised, and ready before development begins.
- Collaborate daily with Developers, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and Product teams to keep delivery on track.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and proactively drive them to resolution.
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular progress updates, transparent communication, and effective expectation management.
- Contribute to incident management by coordinating delivery-related activities and supporting timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of delivery processes and team collaboration.
- Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- 7-8 years of experience in a delivery-focused Agile role such as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Coordinator, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar (required).
- Proven experience working with complex products involving multiple teams, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration (required).
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Scaled Agile methodologies (required).
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation (required).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) (required).
- Experience coaching Product Owners and Agile teams to improve planning, execution, and delivery (required).
- Good technical understanding, allowing for effective collaboration with engineering teams and participation in technical discussions (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset (required).
- Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, or similar (required).
- Experience coaching Agile practices at an enterprise scale (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in fast-paced product organisations with multiple parallel delivery streams (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of German (nice-to-have).
- Competitive salary package with a minimum gross monthly salary of 3,954 EUR in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement.
