Casino Commercial Manager
The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the commercial strategy for its casino division. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising market share, and building strong relationships with key partners while ensuring compliance and innovation.

- Support the Head of Commercial to execute the commercial strategy for the casino, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Manage relationships with key external partners, including game providers, platforms, and third-party suppliers to enhance marketing opportunities.
- Analyse commercial agreements, ensuring favourable terms and maximising profitability.
- Monitor and optimise Casino Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) performance across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align on revenue-driving initiatives and promotional strategies.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while pursuing commercial objectives.
- Drive the development of exclusive games and partnerships to enhance product differentiation.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.
- Support the launch of new products and features, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial, partnerships, or revenue-focused role within the gaming, casino, or iGaming industry (required).
- Strong relationship management and communication skills (required).
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights (required).
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the gaming sector (required).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders (required).
- Experience supporting revenue targets, forecasts, or P&L performance (required).
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics in the casino or gaming industry (required).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment (required).
