Dutch Speaking Compliance Officer
ComeOn Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Compliance Officer to join the Compliance team in Malta. This role is responsible for tracking evolving regulatory compliance requirements, Dutch market legislation, and Ksa license obligations, ensuring seamless internal implementation.
The successful candidate will investigate and assist with escalated customer complaints, draft formal replies for third-party dispute resolution bodies, and regularly review, draft, and update internal compliance policies, terms and conditions, and operational procedures. The role also involves preparing regulatory reports, assisting with audits, and advising Customer Support and Marketing teams on iGaming regulatory compliance, responsible gaming standards, and marketing guidelines. Additionally, the Compliance Officer will prepare and deliver employee training sessions on key regulatory frameworks and operational compliance policies, assist in implementing and maintaining ongoing recertifications for ISO27001 and other relevant Information Security Standards, and support general administration, compilation of regulatory metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance department.

- Regularly review, draft, and update internal compliance policies, terms and conditions, and operational procedures to reflect updated regulatory standards.
- Prepare regulatory reports for management and the Ksa.
- Assist with internal and external compliance audits, including maintaining data integrity.
- Advise Customer Support and Marketing teams on iGaming regulatory compliance, responsible gaming standards, and marketing guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver employee training sessions on key regulatory frameworks and operational compliance policies.
- Collect data and compile regulatory reports for the relevant authorities and supervisory bodies.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining ongoing recertifications for ISO27001 and other relevant Information Security Standards.
- Support general administration, compilation of regulatory metrics, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance department.
- Dutch speaker with experience in regulated markets, including the Dutch regulated market (required).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (required).
- Strong analytical mindset capable of profiling risks, evaluating business impact, and implementing solutions that protect the operator’s license integrity (required).
- Proven track record of building effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (required).
- Exceptional organisational skills with the resilience to prioritise, manage tight regulatory deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Working knowledge of Jira (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with basic IT tools (nice-to-have).
