Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent
ComeOn Group is looking for a friendly and people-focused individual to join the team as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent. This role involves becoming an expert in iGaming brands and products while supporting players across various communication channels.
The position focuses on delivering excellent service by assisting with account queries and guiding payment processes. Every day offers new challenges, requiring the agent to handle diverse tasks to ensure a positive experience for every player.
- Support customers via calls, live chat, and email.
- Handle more complex issues from start to resolution.
- Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation.
- Carry out security checks to keep players and the business safe.
- Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English (required).
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills (required).
- Are comfortable working shifts, including some nights (required).
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency (required).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
