Finnish Speaking Customer Support Agent - Hybrid (Malta)
ComeOn Group is looking for friendly, people-focused individuals to join the team. This isn't an average customer support role. Every day brings something different; you'll quickly become an iGaming expert for the company's brands and products, supporting players across calls, live chat, and email. From helping with account queries to guiding payment processes, the role will be all about delivering excellent service in every interaction.
- Support customers via calls, live chat, and email.
- Handle more complex issues from start to resolution.
- Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation.
- Carry out security checks to keep players and the business safe.
- Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Speak and write fluently in Finnish and English (required).
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills (required).
- Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights) (required).
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency (required).
- Have previous customer service experience (nice-to-have).
