Senior Technical Project Manager
ComeOn Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to audit current project processes and lead the effort to standardise frameworks across the technical organisation. This role involves working closely with two Project Managers who report to them to roll changes out consistently across teams.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will act as the primary link between business and technical teams, including distributed developers and testers in Stockholm and Istanbul, ensuring goals, requirements, and technical realities stay aligned. They will own end-to-end delivery across their project teams, making sure the right things get built, in the right way, at the right time.
This position requires a leader who can spot roadblocks before they become blockers, work through complex obstacles as they arise, and keep expectations aligned with stakeholders throughout each project's lifecycle. The role is about leading without relying on hierarchy, influencing through genuine embeddedness with the teams supported, and mentoring project teams and other PMs by working alongside them.

- Work closely with two Project Managers reporting to you to roll changes out consistently across teams.
- Act as the primary link between Business and Technical teams, including distributed developers and testers in Stockholm and Istanbul, so that goals, requirements, and technical realities stay aligned rather than diverging over the course of a project.
- Own end-to-end delivery across your project teams: making sure the right things get built, in the right way, at the right time.
- Spot roadblocks before they become blockers, work through complex obstacles as they arise, and keep expectations aligned with stakeholders, both internal and external, throughout each project's lifecycle.
- Lead without relying on hierarchy, by being genuinely embedded with the teams you support, mentoring project teams and your two PMs by working alongside them rather than directing from a distance.
- 7+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Agile Coach, or similar senior role (required).
- Experience managing or mentoring other PMs (required).
- Proven track record managing large-scale, company-wide projects across multiple teams (required).
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and issue tracking systems (Jira or similar) (required).
- Fluent English (required).
- Genuine talent for translating between commercial Business teams and Technical delivery teams (required).
- Deep familiarity with the software development cycle (required).
- Collaborative, socially fluent style, balanced by structure and real attention to detail (required).
- Experience working with distributed tech teams across multiple countries (nice-to-have).
- Experience in gambling products or the wider iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
- Experience delivering projects under regulatory or compliance constraints, such as licensing requirements, responsible gambling features, or multi-jurisdiction rollouts (nice-to-have).
