Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent - Hybrid (Malta)
ComeOn Group is looking for a friendly and people-focused individual to join the team as a Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent. This role involves becoming an iGaming expert for the company brands and products while supporting players across calls, live chat, and email.
The position focuses on delivering excellent service in every interaction, ranging from assisting with account queries to guiding players through payment processes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Support customers via calls, live chat, and email.
- Handle more complex issues from start to resolution.
- Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation.
- Carry out security checks to keep players and the business safe.
- Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English (required).
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills (required).
- Are comfortable working shifts, including some nights (required).
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency (required).
- Previous customer service experience (nice-to-have).
