Join our Business Intelligence team, where data is transformed into insights that drive business performance and strategic decisions. You'll work with data from multiple sources, partnering with stakeholders across the business to define meaningful KPIs, build and maintain Tableau dashboards, and use SQL to uncover trends, validate data, and deliver actionable insights. Your work will directly influence decision-making, helping teams better understand performance, identify new opportunities, and continuously improve the way we use data to grow the business. If you're curious, analytical, and enjoy turning complex data into clear, impactful solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from internal sources, ensuring it’s accurate and ready for analysis.
  • Analyze complex business problems, uncovering trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Build and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards, turning data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, management, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with BI teammates and data engineers to improve data pipelines, reduce technical debt, and scale the Data Warehouse.
  • Proactively explore data beyond assigned requests. Anticipate surface trends, risks, and opportunities to bring insights before issues arise.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role (required).
  • Relevant educational background (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field) (required).
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, transforming, and validating large datasets, writing complex queries, and optimizing performance (required).
  • Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage (nice-to-have).
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (or a similar BI tool), with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way (required).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, KPI design, metrics documentation, and statistical methods, with the ability to apply them to real business challenges (required).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate insights effectively (required).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in focus (required).
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential (required).
Benefits
  • Enjoy 28 days of vacation with the option to use your balance on business days only, effectively giving you up to 10 extra days off.
  • Combined with flexible working hours, you can make the most of your time off.
  • Prioritize your well-being with monthly sports/health compensation.
  • Full sick leave coverage for the first 8 days.
  • Access to our in-house gym and a chill games room to unwind.
  • Invest in your professional growth with an annual training budget that can be used for courses, certifications, workshops, and learning opportunities relevant to your role.
  • Our office is a cozy (and dog-friendly) haven right in the heart of the city.
  • Enjoy complimentary fruits and beverages and free parking.
  • Be part of the most legendary events and make amazing connections with colleagues from across the entire company.
  • Thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment where innovation and new ideas are welcomed, independence is encouraged, success is celebrated, and you'll have the freedom to make a real impact alongside talented people from across the globe.
