As a Product Specialist – Crypto, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between crypto operations, risk and fraud functions, and product development teams. Operating within a SaaS environment, you’ll translate operational and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, ensuring our crypto solutions deliver meaningful business value while remaining compliant and resilient. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of evolving threats, regulations, and technologies in the crypto ecosystem. - Act as the subject matter expert for assigned crypto‑related SaaS products across risk, fraud, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product specialists, analysts, engineers, and managers to define and refine crypto product features and capabilities.
- Gather and analyse feedback from operational teams using crypto tooling (e.g. wallet monitoring, transaction screening, blockchain analytics) to inform continuous product improvement.
- Translate complex crypto operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct product demonstrations, enablement sessions, and training for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support the Product Lead and Divisional Manager with crypto and technical expertise during RFPs, due diligence exercises, audits, and partner assessments.
- Partner with governance and compliance specialists to maintain accurate product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content aligned to crypto regulatory expectations.
- Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and risk indicators to identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities.
- Stay current with crypto industry trends, regulatory developments, fraud typologies, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies such as blockchain analytics and Web3 tools.
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex crypto concepts to non‑technical audiences. (required)

- Experience working in crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or digital payments environments. (required)
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred)
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
- Familiarity with crypto fraud typologies, transaction monitoring, AML, sanctions, or wallet risk scoring. (preferred)
- Exposure to crypto regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g. travel rule, VASPs, custody requirements). (preferred)
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms, analytics tools, or blockchain monitoring solutions. (preferred)
- Product experience or exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. (preferred)
- Previous experience within online gaming, betting, or highly regulated digital industries (preferred)
