Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
The Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will support the delivery of ERP and Cube Reporting solutions. This role is focused on providing the business with a platform that enables people to work smart and not hard, helping the company to excel and stay ahead of the game.
The consultant will take ownership of work that gives the company a competitive edge. This includes supporting end users with the ERP system across all subsidiaries and ensuring that user needs are met in accordance with service level agreements. The role also involves implementation and support of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, building and expanding on positive client relationships, and knowledge sharing with team members.
- Run requirements analysis and documentation.
- Development and maintenance of system documentation.
- Assist with implementing new setups, functionality and data migration.
- User & Permission Management.
- User Training.
- Support end users with the ERP system across all subsidiaries.
- Fault-finding on unposted transactions including integration transactions.
- Ensure that the needs of users are met in accordance with service level agreements.
- Support and assist with Power BI and reporting related functions.
- Functional project analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping and design.
- Creating quality detailed briefs for small to large projects.
- Ability to work alone on project related work where required.
- Implementation and support of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Build and expand on positive client relationships while developing an understanding of our clients needs and requirements.

- 5 yrs experience as an NAV or Business Central Functional Consultant (required)
- Extensive experience in the Financial Module (required)
- MS Dynamics NAV 2015 and higher (required)
- MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (required)
- Good financial awareness and business acumen (required)
- Experience with delivery of end-to-end projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post go-live support and reporting (required)
- Be prepared to work in a 24/7 environment (required)
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (nice-to-have)
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (nice-to-have)
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (nice-to-have)
- Degree or equivalent diploma in either Information Systems, Business/Finance (nice-to-have)
- Exceptional experience in Excel knowledge (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of basic financial principles (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of usability and user experience principles in an ERP space (nice-to-have)
