Description
The AI Automation Specialist implements and operates AI-powered automations that streamline business and technical processes. The role focuses on practical execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-based automation workflows.
- Integrate AI tools and LLMs into existing processes.
- Monitor automations, handle exceptions, and optimise performance.
- Support data processing, validation, and automated reporting.
- Document workflows and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).
- 2 years of hands-on experience with AI or LLM-based tools (required).
- Experience with process automation or workflow tools (required).
- Basic Python or scripting skills (required).
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail (required).
- Excellent communication skills (required).
