Business and Financial Analyst
Digitain is looking for an experienced, qualified, and passionate Business and Financial Analyst to join the team. The role focuses on assessing partner-related costs, conducting reviews, and initiating corrective efforts to optimise expenditures.
The analyst will support decision-making through comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasting. The position involves monitoring contractual processes and methodologies to minimise cost impact while enhancing result accuracy through the automation of reporting tools.
- Assess monthly partner-related costs, conduct reviews, and initiate corrective efforts to optimise expenditures.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Support decision-making through comprehensive cost-benefit analyses.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasting and monitoring activities.
- Monitor contractual processes and standard calculation formulas and methodologies to minimise overall cost impact.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of work tools by reducing report preparation and calculation time via automation, minimising human error and operational risk, as well as enhancing result accuracy.
- Present proposals aimed at cost reduction and increased profitability.
- Conduct market research to support data-driven business planning.
- Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant field (required).
- Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL (required).
- Advanced knowledge of Russian and English languages (required).
- Proven experience as an analyst, cost specialist, or similar role (required).
- Experience in data, operational, and financial analysis (required).
- Strong analytical skills (required).
- Great attention to detail (required).
- Good communication aptitude (required).
