Creative Content & Multimedia Specialist
Digitain is looking for a Content & Multimedia Specialist who can turn its employer brand, culture, and people stories into engaging visual content. The role will own content planning, social media channels, and multimedia production to strengthen its digital presence and employer brand.
- Produce high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content that captures life at Digitain from cultural moments and team stories to milestones and global campaigns.
- Lead employer branding content creation across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond).
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit end to end with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Leadership to surface stories worth telling.
- Manage and grow relationships with local production crews, studios, videographers, and talent.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt content formats accordingly.
- Support Digitain's positioning as a top employer, both in Armenia and globally.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or social media marketing (required).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography, and social-first creative work (required).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms - how they work, what performs, and why (required).
- A genuine creative eye - you have opinions about composition, colour, and storytelling (required).
- An established network within Armenia's local production ecosystem (studios, videographers, creative freelancers) (required).
- Fluency in Armenian and English (required).
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team (required).
- Experience with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Capcut, or equivalent) (required).
- Experience with employer branding or internal comms content (required).
- Background in creative agencies and teams, tech, gaming, or global-scale companies (required).
- Motion graphics or animation skills (required).
