Financial Accounting Specialist
Digitain is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional Financial Accounting Specialist to fill the vacancy.
The role involves creating and submitting bookkeeping entries and reports, checking orders and import packages, and verifying balance codes circulation.
Responsibilities also include checking payment system statements, managing cash costs, and controlling and classifying receivables. Ensuring accurate accounting of financial means, timely reflection of financial movements from and into bank accounts, and accurate recording of journal entries are key.
Additionally, the specialist will identify software issues within the 1C system, elaborate technical specifications, and test programmatic issues. Fulfillment of other assignments by the immediate supervisor is also expected.
- Creating and submitting bookkeeping entries and reports
- Checking orders and import packages
- Checking balance codes circulation
- Checking the Payment system statements
- Checking cash costs
- Control, classification of receivables
- Ensuring accurate accounting of financial means, timely reflection of financial movements from and into the bank accounts, accurate recording of journal entries
- Identification of software issues of the 1C system, elaboration of technical specifications
- Testing of programmatic issues
- Fulfillment of other assignments by immediate supervisor
- Higher education in economics (required)
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (required)
- Knowledge of Armenian Software, 1C, E-invoicing, and other related accounting software (required)
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages (required)
- Good knowledge of tax code of RA (required)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (required)
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals (required)
- Detail oriented, analytical, and excellent communication skills (required)
- Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment (required)
