HR Generalist – Talent & HR Operations
The company is growing its HR team in Madrid and is looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about Talent Acquisition and HR operations to join the team. This role will play a key part in strengthening the recruitment strategy and talent pipeline, helping to attract great talent while also supporting core HR activities. The role will work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with the wider HR team to support the continued growth of operations in Spain.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms and external partnerships.
- Collaborate with universities and schools to attract early talent.
- Work closely with the marketing team on employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks when needed.
- Maintain HR documentation and support employee lifecycle activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and talent attraction initiatives.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles (required).
- Strong interest in recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates (required).
- Experience working with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms (required).
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities (required).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Portuguese would be a strong plus (nice-to-have).
