Human Resources Specialist
Digitain is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the team in Bucharest. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, enhancing onboarding experiences, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
The position involves acting as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries and assisting management with performance and conduct matters. The specialist will also play a key role in benefits administration, compensation data gathering, and ensuring organisational compliance with local labour regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the development of recruitment strategies, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Help organise and attend recruitment events, providing logistical and administrative support to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Enhance the onboarding experience by assisting in developing structured orientation programs, integrating feedback loops to continuously improve processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR related matters.
- Support managers in addressing employee performance and conduct issues.
- Assist in creating initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Help collect and manage employee feedback through surveys and assist with follow-up actions.
- Assist with benefits enrolment processes and coordinate with third-party benefits providers.
- Provide administrative support in gathering data for compensation benchmarking and assist HR leadership in reviewing compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records according to company policies and legal requirements.
