International Budgeting Specialist
The finance team is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior International Budgeting Specialist to join its growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will support the financial planning and budgeting processes of the organisation.
The role involves maintaining oversight of financial accuracy and ensuring that all departmental activities align with the broader financial goals of the organisation. The specialist will act as a key point of contact for various departments to ensure data integrity and effective budget management.
- Verify the accuracy of daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal budgeting guidelines.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the annual organisational budget.
- Maintain consistent communication with all departments to gather relevant budgeting information.
- Analyze and review budgets at both departmental and organisational levels.
- Participate in variance analysis and reporting to support financial decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Relevant work experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial planning (required).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and budgeting best practices (required).
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts) (required).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (required).
- Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, simple terms (required).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team (required).
- Language proficiency: Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal) (required).
