International Relations Commercial Coordinator
Relum, one of the Digitain Group companies, is looking for an International Relations Commercial Coordinator. The Commercial Coordinator shall be responsible for establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with potential and existing providers, negotiating contracts, as well as effectively managing ongoing commercial relationships.
They shall act as a proactive and analytical partner, supporting the Company's profitability and development strategy.
- Research and analyze the market in order to identify and evaluate new providers.
- Organize and spearhead contractual and legal processes, including signing contracts and developing additional agreements.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual provisions to ensure the most profitable cooperation.
- Manage existing contracts and monitor their compliance, ensuring seamless cooperation with the stakeholder departments.
- Establish and maintain purchasing and sales policies, as well as a provider database.
- Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports to the management.
- Represent the company at international events and conferences.
- Resolve issues that arise with providers and act as the Company's representative within the scope of external relations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the Commercial, Supply Chain or Business Development fields (required).
- Proficiency of MS Office, Jira, CRM systems (required).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, alongside the experience of working with different cultures (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
- Analytical thinking, focused on business development (required).
- Experience working with legal and commercial documents (required).
- Experience in managing diverse projects within deadlines (required).
