IT Technical Specialist
The IT Specialist (Systems & Network) role ensures that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This position offers real impact on daily operations.
The role involves providing technical support to internal users, installing and maintaining systems, and managing the network infrastructure.
- Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems
- Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end
- Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity)
- Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM)
- Managing IT inventory and software licenses
- Supporting backup systems and data integrity
- Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)
- Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience) (required)
- Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles (required)
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments (required)
- Solid knowledge of network troubleshooting (required)
- Solid knowledge of hardware and system configuration (required)
- Professional level of Spanish and English (required)
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Armenian (nice-to-have)
- Based in Madrid or available to work on-site (required)
- Legal authorization to work in Spain (required)
