Junior Financial Risk Specialist

Digitain is seeking a self-motivated, passionate and detail-oriented professional to fill the vacancy Junior Financial Risk Specialist. This position is shift-based and includes morning, evening and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, classify, and prioritize various forms of fraudulent users and payment concerning activities.
- Establish risk and fraud avoidance measures.
- Monitor and analyze customers' attitudes.
- Support, approve and define limits of Company branches.
- Approve customer’s withdrawal requests.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field (required).
- Experience in the gaming industry (required).
- Strong knowledge of online payments, gaming accounts, banking, and payment processing (preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages (required).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (required).
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with various risk analysis tools (required).
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to assess and manage risk with attention to detail (required).
- In-depth knowledge of sports games and casino games, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry dynamics (required).
- Mathematical thinking and a high level of accuracy (required).
- Excellent punctuality, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility (required).
- Motivation and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to the fast-evolving industry (required).
- Strong planning, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively (required).
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team (required).
