Operations Specialist
Digitain is looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Company's team. He/She must ensure the correct operation of online monitoring and game risk evaluation and provide support to customers on a daily basis.
The specialist will perform all types of configurations in the company’s Back Office systems. They will communicate directly with partners to handle requests such as currency additions, limit changes and new project setups. Work closely with Technical and Product teams to ensure seamless integrations and timely delivery of projects. Maintain detailed and accurate records of partner setups, configurations, and activation processes. Collaborate with team members to improve processes, optimize technology use and implement best practices. Identify and resolve setup or configuration issues to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of partner support and escalate critical issues when required. Manage and follow up on tickets with internal teams to obtain necessary information or technical support.

- Graduate degree (required)
- Technical background (preferred)
