Product Operations Specialist
A Product Operations Specialist manages daily product tasks, such as system monitoring, product configurations, and solving issues. This role works closely with internal and external teams and partners, ensures the product works smoothly, handles partner requests, and assists with technical integrations.
The specialist also updates documentation, content, and limit management, and helps improve processes, handles partner requests, system updates, content updates, and technical support to make sure daily operations run without issues. Main responsibilities include product configurations, system performance checks, and resolving issues quickly. This role also works closely with other teams to coordinate updates and improve daily workflows.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new game/table launches
- Monitor transactions and resolve technical issues with internal and external teams
- Manage content updates, including translations, new features, and partner-specific changes
- Handle partner requests regarding product settings, game limits, and configurations
- Communicate with the fraud team about product updates and forward fraud-related requests
- Assist with integrations and APIs, supporting technical requests and onboarding new partners
- Track product performance and create reports to identify areas for improvement
- Regularly review table limits and compare them with industry standards to suggest adjustments
- Maintain and update documentation, sharing knowledge about configurations and workflows
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries about product functions and system features
- Identify tasks for automation and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related field (required)
- 1-2 years of experience in product operations, customer support, or similar roles (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure (required)
- Good communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams and partners (required)
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate product configurations and processes (required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Basic Excel skills for data organisation and tracking (required)
- Good knowledge of APIs and system configurations (required)
- Analytical skills to review data and notice trends (required)
- Open-minded to suggest easier ways of working and ideas to automate processes (required)
