Product Trainer
Digitain is seeking a professional to take the position of Product Trainer in the Company's growing and creative team. He/she will be responsible for identifying employees’ training needs, creating instructional materials, developing annual training programs and conducting training sessions.
The product trainer will offer a structured learning experience, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, organize and handle tests for new and current employees.
- Collect information about the product cooperating with the appropriate teams and specialists, and doing research in the frames of the program
- Create and develop training course material according to the appropriate levels using as a source the collected and existing data about the Product
- Prepare effective presentations with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint and other Instructional programs
- Prepare the speech for the onsite and online training sessions and conduct them for new and current employees
- Create interactive quizzes and games for these training sessions
- Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions and make changes to programs based on feedback, analysis and recommendations
- Evaluate the knowledge of training participants to determine training needs and effectiveness
- Prepare streamed video content for the online learning platform
- Prepare and conduct performance tests for different department employees according to the requirements
- University degree (required).
- Minimum 2-year work experience in the field of teaching/training or in customer service (required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and training handling skills (required).
- Competent speech, ability to motivate and persuade (required).
- Knowledge of MS office, good knowledge of PowerPoint, and Internet navigation skills (required).
- Knowledge of Canva is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English - both oral and written (required).
- Analytical thinking, open to changes and quick orientation skills (required).
- Responsible, hardworking, creative, initiative and flexible personality (required).
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with strict deadlines (required).
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks (required).
